I know how easy it can be to put ourselves at the bottom of the list. Between work, family, caring for others and the demands of everyday life, many women rarely take time to pause and simply be.
Through my yoga, chair yoga classes, sound baths and wellbeing events, I create opportunities for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves and enjoy some much-needed time for self-care.
My sessions are gentle, welcoming and suitable for beginners. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or have any previous experience. You simply come as you are.
Gentle Yoga
A chance to move, stretch, breathe and unwind in a supportive environment. Classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance and overall wellbeing while encouraging you to listen to your body.
Chair Yoga
An accessible form of yoga using a chair for support. Ideal for those with limited mobility, balance concerns, recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a gentler way to move.
Sound Baths
A chance to step away from the busyness of life and relax while immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. Many people leave feeling calmer, more grounded and deeply relaxed.
Deep Rest & Release for Women
A monthly session offering supported relaxation, gentle breathwork and meditation for women who are feeling tired, overwhelmed or simply in need of some space to rest.
Wellness Events
Throughout the year I host small-group wellbeing experiences that combine relaxation, mindfulness, creativity and connection in a warm and nurturing setting.
Whether you’re looking to move more comfortably, reduce stress, find time for yourself or simply try something new, I’d love to welcome you. Private group and 1-21 sessions as well as gift vouchers are available.
