Laura is a yoga teacher and Bowen therapist with over 30 years of experience supporting people on their journey towards greater health, wellbeing, and self-understanding. Her work is rooted in a deep appreciation of the body’s natural capacity to heal, adapt, and find balance.

Drawing on decades of life experience, study, and practice, Laura offers a gentle yet profound approach that helps people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, awareness, and therapeutic touch. Specialising in Hatha Yoga for the over-50s, she combines yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Bowen Therapy to support strength, mobility, balance, and overall well being.
